Breakfast Attendant

Location: 3500 Springhurst Commons Dr, Louisville, KY 40241 Property: Residence Inn by Marriott Louisville Northeast About the Role Deliver an exceptional food & beverage experience (hot breakfast, bistro, or grab-and-go) that meets Residence Inn by Marriott standards and delights guests. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide prompt, friendly service. Prepare and serve breakfast items, specialty coffee, and menu offerings per Residence Inn by Marriott recipes and standards. Operate POS and process transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and prep areas to health department standards. Stock and replenish food, supplies, utensils, and grab-and-go items. Set up, break down, and clean equipment; assist with opening and closing duties. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to guests. Support other hotel needs to enhance the overall guest experience. Follow uniform, appearance, and service standards. Required Prior food service, barista, or customer service experience preferred. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and focus on cleanliness. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Basic food prep and safe food handling knowledge (ServSafe a plus). Positive, team-oriented attitude. Preferred Previous hotel or brand F&B experience.
