Senior Dynamics Developer

Salary: $145,000 - 175,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree with 12+ years of experience, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience with Power Platform and Portals
• Experience leading implementations of Dynamics Call Center, IVR, and modern functionality and modules, including Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging
• Experience with Call Center and IVR
• Proficiency with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and FetchXML
• Experience supporting SDLC documentation, including design documents, implementation plans, and deployments
• Strong attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Portals
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile Scrum environment
• Ability to attain and maintain PBGC Public Trust clearance
• Preferred: Experience with Power BI, fillable PDF reports, and RDL reports
• Preferred: Familiarity with GitHub and deployment pipelines
• Preferred: Certification in Azure Developer, Azure DevOps, Azure Architect, or a similar area

• Collaborate with functional team members, testers, and developers to implement user stories, providing ongoing feedback on acceptance criteria and testing quality
• Mentor developers and work with senior team members
• Use AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence, and other modern tools
• Support the operations team with production troubleshooting and problem-solving
