Accounting Assistant – $20-$25/ hour

What's in it for you?

What will you be doing?
- Process high-volume accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, and routing for approval
- Maintain vendor records and assist with vendor communication and issue resolution
- Perform invoice matching (PO, invoice, receipt) where applicable
- Assist with weekly payment processing (checks, ACH, and Bill.com)
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support monthly close activities (reconciliations, journal entries, documentation)
- Maintain organized electronic records of invoices and financial documents
- Assist with employee expense tracking and reimbursements
- Perform general data entry and routine accounting support tasks as assigned
