About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives that will enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth within the medical aesthetics market. The successful candidate will be responsible for both HCP and direct-to-consumer advertising efforts, leading a high-performing marketing team, and ensuring the brand is positioned as a leader in innovative injectable treatments. This role demands a visionary and collaborative leader with a strong background in brand strategy, consumer marketing, and cross-functional partnership, capable of aligning marketing initiatives with market trends and organizational objectives. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Marketing include the development of a comprehensive direct-to-consumer marketing strategy, the analysis of market trends and consumer insights, and the maintenance of a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. The role also involves leading the creation and execution of innovative advertising campaigns, overseeing integrated marketing efforts across various media channels, and defining KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in marketing or a related field, at least 10 years' experience in marketing with a focus on injectable aesthetics, and a proven track record in direct-to-consumer marketing, particularly in TV and social media. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
