We are currently seeking a licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at State Farm, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting with their insurance needs and providing exceptional service. This role requires a current Property and Casualty license in California (Life and Health preferred), strong communication skills, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with policy changes, claims processing, billing questions, and coverage explanations.
• Educate clients on State Farm products and services to meet their insurance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with agents and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay current with State Farm products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current Property and Casualty license in the state of California (required or willing to get licensed before start date)
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficient with computer applications and software.
• Commitment to providing superior customer service and maintaining confidentiality.
• Bi-Lingual

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
