We are currently seeking a licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Service Representative at State Farm, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting with their insurance needs and providing exceptional service. This role requires a current Property and Casualty license in California (Life and Health preferred), strong communication skills, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Assist customers with policy changes, claims processing, billing questions, and coverage explanations.

Educate clients on State Farm products and services to meet their insurance needs.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with agents and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Stay current with State Farm products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Current Property and Casualty license in the state of California (required or willing to get licensed before start date)

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.

Proficient with computer applications and software.

Commitment to providing superior customer service and maintaining confidentiality.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
