Key responsibilities include collections management, campaigns and prospecting, customer service, and administration and operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates reliable attendance and punctuality consistent with scheduled shifts, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company policies and fostering teamwork. Sales and collections experience preferred. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Sales, Financial Services). Service-oriented and able to resolve customer concerns professionally. Strong phone presence; comfortable with high call volume. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Strong numeric/data accuracy; computer proficiency (typing speed 40 wpm minimum). Self-motivated with a strong desire for professional growth. Open to ongoing coaching and committed to becoming an expert in consumer credit. High School diploma required; College preferred. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of client information. Schedule / Position Details Non-Exempt position Full-time / 40 hours per week Typical schedule: MondaySaturday, 9:30 a.m. 6:30 p.m. (two days off per week, including Sundays).
