About Our Agency

I opened my first agency in 2009 and today lead 17 team members across three agencies. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a General Sales Manager in the automotive industry, where I developed a strong background in sales and leadership. I'm a UC Santa Barbara graduate, grew up in the Santa Monica area, have three children, and enjoy traveling and training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Giving back is a big part of what we do. Each year, we provide scholarship funds to help two students from lower-income families access educational opportunities. We also support Christmas in the Park, local food banks, and youth sports teams. Our agency offers a 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative with Chris Buich - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
