Call Center AgentWe're hiring a Call Center Agent to support customers by handling inbound and outbound calls related to orders, billing, product questions, and technical support. This role requires clear communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiriesMake outbound calls to follow up on orders, service issues, or customer satisfactionProvide accurate information about products, orders, billing, or technical supportDocument all customer interactions in the systemEscalate complex issues to the appropriate department when neededMaintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with every interactionMeet individual and team performance goalsQualifications:1+ year of experience in customer service or a call center environment preferredStrong verbal communication and active listening skillsAbility to multitask and use multiple computer systems simultaneouslyProblem-solving mindset and positive attitude under pressureAttention to detail and accurate data entryBilingual (Spanish/English) a plusAverage Pay Rate: $18 – $22 / Hour
