Computer Science/IT degree (or any other engineering discipline)Experience: 5+ yearsPosition Requirements:3+ years of experience delivering medium to large scale web applications, Rest API3+ years of development experience in C#,.NET, .NET Core, MS SQL Server, Python. JavaScript is an added bonus.Strong knowledge of software development, debugging and deployment toolsExperience with Apache SOLR or ElasticsearchExperience with KubernetesCreation of technical models and documentationMust be a team player (team-oriented) and willing to follow directions, as well as take initiativeDemonstrates command over version control software, preferably GitWillingness to learn and adapt to multiple technologiesExperience in Code samples (examples: URLs with descriptions of which parts you developed, zip file, link to github.com or equivalent profile)Role & Responsibilities:Be a part of a team of 5 - 8 developers. Daily tasks include hands-on coding, mentoring, guiding, code reviewing, and collaborating with the team.Develop backend applications using technologies such as C#,.NET, Python, SQL server, CI/CD.Develop APIs using Apache SOLR and NodeJSHandling project responsibilities beyond development and solutioning will include testing, generating documentation, and maintenance.Champion development and technical best practices and exhibit thoughtful and sound judgment.Proactively keep up to date on industry trends and emerging technologiesDrive adoption of new technologies and best practicesComp range: Min: $108,000.00 - Max: $120,000.00.
