General Manager

Responsibilities: • Guide and mentor your team to ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and adherence to Papa John’s standards. • Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability. • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate ordering processes to prevent overstocking or shortages, while reducing waste. • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing profit and loss. • Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers. Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both staff and customer relationships effectively. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. • Solid experience in budget management and financial analysis to drive profitability. • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $75,000 per year base + bonuses
