Pig, Hive, Spark, BigQuery, SQL, Control-M, Tivoli* Ex Paypal is a plus*Job requirement:· 8+ years of experience in the IT industry and experience in Data Engineering.· Proficiency in Data warehousing tool like Teradata and Informatica.· Should have worked on Big data Environments – Hadoop, Pig, Hive, MR, Spark, BigQuery· Should have strong SQL programming skills.· Expert in design/implementation for reliability, availability, scalability and performance.· Knowledge of programming language like Java, python and Unix scripting is plus.· Proficiency in Scheduling Tools like UC4, Control-M and Tivoli (TWS) is must.· Expert in software engineering tools and best practices· Excellent written and oral communication skills· Working experience in an Agile methodology is highly preferred.· Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools is a plus.
