Benefits License reimbursement 401(k) Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development About Our Agency I opened my agency in 2023 after working as a State Farm team member, bringing firsthand experience into building a supportive and grounded office. Today, our team includes five members, and we’re focused on growing together in a way that’s intentional and people-centered. I’m married with a young child and enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, and staying active in our church, which influences the values we bring into the workplace. Giving back to the community is important to us as well, and while we’re still growing, service remains a priority. We offer a 401k, flexibility, and licensing reimbursement to support both personal and professional growth. Our office culture values humility, honesty, hard work, and teamwork. We’re looking for someone who is coachable, adaptable, a good listener, and motivated to grow — someone who wants to contribute to a positive, collaborative environment while building a meaningful career.
