By leveraging our expertise in industry trends and offering a tailored approach, we aim to support businesses in creating strong, dynamic teams while helping individuals grow and succeed in their careers.The OpportunityOur Client is looking to add an HVAC Project Manager to their growing team.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion.Develop project schedules and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.Oversee material procurement and equipment delivery schedules.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality assurance.Resolve project-related issues promptly to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and communication.Manage project budgets, including cost tracking and forecasting.Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.QualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial HVAC industry (5+ years preferred).Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and industry standards.Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, etc.).Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED AP, or similar) are a plus.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.How to ApplyApply directly to this ad by submitting your application on this page, or send your resume, cover letter, and additional information to View email address on click.appcast.io sure to include the job title and location in the subject line for immediate consideration.
