We are currently recruiting for a Customer Contact Representative I who will provide exceptional customer service through dedication to teamwork, customer satisfaction, and superior service for a multi-utility company in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering individualized solutions for a diverse set of problems. Your ability to listen and respond attentively to customer needs and the ability to create and maintain relationships with clients is essential.Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or G.E.D.Over one year of customer contact experienceStrong organizational skillsExcellent work ethicAbility to efficiently multi-taskAbility to quickly learn specialized computer programsAbility to effectively communicate with customers and employees by phone, email, or in-personAbility to maintain regular attendanceValid Driver's License - PreferredThe ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.
