As our company continues to grow, we are looking for experienced HVAC Installers and Service Technicians to join our team.

Job Description: We are currently seeking skilled HVAC Installers and HVAC Service Technicians to join our South Boston team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in delivering high-quality HVAC installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for residential and light commercial customers.

Responsibilities:

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications and company standards.
• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services on HVAC equipment.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective repair solutions.
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and inspections to ensure proper operation.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding service recommendations and system operation.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and job progress.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven HVAC experience in installation and/or service work.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, diagnostics, and repairs.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces when necessary.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
