Role Overview

In this role, you will manage the entire client journey—from initial outreach to closing the sale and building long-term relationships.

You'll identify opportunities, conduct consultations, present solutions, and guide clients through the decision-making process. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and taking ownership of their success.

What You'll Do

Prospecting & Client Engagement

• Connect with prospective clients through phone and video communication

Consultative Sales Process

Full-Cycle Sales Management

• Manage your sales pipeline from prospecting through closing

Closing & Relationship Building

• Present proposals and recommendations with confidence

• Navigate objections and address client concerns professionally

• Secure new business and maintain strong client relationships

• Collaborate with internal teams to support client satisfaction and retention

Compensation

This position offers a commission-only compensation structure designed to reward performance.

Top performers can earn between $50,000 and $200,000+ annually , with income directly tied to sales performance and business growth.
