Senior Accounting Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, manage general ledger, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modeling using QuickBooks and Excel Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide financial insights to leadership Manage treasury functions, including banking relationships, wire transfers, credit facilities, and foreign currency activity Oversee domestic and international tax compliance in coordination with external advisors Improve accounting processes across AP/AR, payroll, benefits administration, and financial systems Maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and insurance renewals Support HR coordination for payroll deductions, 401(k) plans, and employee tax reporting Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred) 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with multi-entity or international exposure Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop; familiarity with ERP systems a plus Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, tax compliance, and cash management Highly organized, detail-oriented, confidential, and able to operate independently with executive-level visibility Working Situation: This will be hybrid with 2 or 3 days a week in the office Apply: To APPLY, email View email address on click.appcast.io or click the Apply button below. #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
