Organize and prepare client files for tax preparers, ensuring documentation is complete and ready to be prepared. Coordinate the distribution of completed tax returns following busy season and assist clients with questions regarding pickup or delivery. Assist with billing, invoicing, and internal accounting for the firm itself. Order office supplies, coordinate vendors, and help maintain an organized, welcoming office environment. Support firm leadership with administrative projects and identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and client service.
