How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead and Inspire: Provide direct leadership and mentorship, assigning, directing, educating, and monitoring the performance of nursing and support associates throughout your shifts. Strategic Planning: Exercise expert independent judgment in daily meetings with staff to proactively plan and adjust shifts, services, and complex patient care logistics. Invest in Talent: Play an active, vital role in the talent lifecycle, contributing valuable input toward the hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation of our dedicated staff. Orchestrate Care Assignments: Assess daily patient care needs and expertly develop and distribute patient care assignments, guaranteeing that every patient receives care appropriate for their specific population and acuity level. Ensure Readiness: Proactively manage and facilitate the ready availability of all necessary materials, resources, and clinical supplies for continuous, uninterrupted patient care. Prioritize Dynamics: Skillfully set and adjust clinical and operational priorities in real-time, responding effectively to the ever-changing dynamics of patient and physician needs. Resolve and Refine: Address and manage patient care complaints through established, professional channels, continually seeking opportunities to refine our processes and improve the patient experience. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
