Senior Financial Analyst

Overview Easterseals NH is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Easterseals NH & VT team. The role will analyze financial data, create reports, develop financial models, and provide insight to support strategic decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Prepare financial models for revenue, operating expenses and cash flows, including budgets, forecasts, and long‑term planning. Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers. Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvements. Create reports for Program and Leadership as requested and generate existing reports for analysis. Track investments and trends to ensure alignment with financial goals. Work as a team player with focus on the organization’s mission, vision and values. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations. Professionally represent the organization, communicating mission, philosophy, values, goals and expectations internally and externally. Effectively communicate complex financial information to various audiences. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a business field with a finance background. Five (5) years’ experience in a finance related field. Non‑profit or healthcare environment experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Strong background in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and project management. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and analytical tools such as PowerBI. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compensation and Hours Hours: 9am - 5pm onsite in our Manchester headquarters Salary: $90,000 annually, based upon experience and education Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability coverage. Paid Time Off accrues from day one; up to 9 paid holidays annually plus one floating holiday. For programs that remain open during holidays, staff scheduled to work receive holiday pay in accordance with program guidelines. 403(b) employer match up to a maximum of 3%. Tuition reimbursement after one year of employment. Student loan repayment for qualifying degrees after one year of employment.
