Job Duties:

• Transport residents in a facility-owned vehicle to appointments
• Operate facility sedans, station wagons, small passenger vans, or pick-up trucks up to and including 1 ton rating
• Maintain vehicle records of each trip made, mileage, oil and gas consumption, etc.
• Ensures vehicles interior is cleaned after all trips.

Position-Specific Details:

Appointment Type: Part Time / WAE (not to exceed 1,245 hours in a 12-month period)

Work Schedule: Work hours are vary depending on patient appointments.

Compensation: The salary offered is $15.00 hourly
