Supply Chain Planning & Optimization Analyst Location: Onsite Schedule: Full-time | 40–50 hours/week Turn data into decisions that move the supply chain forward. We're hiring a Supply Chain Planning & Optimization Analyst to help shape how we plan, produce, and deliver. In this role, you'll blend production and inventory planning with advanced analytics, forecasting, and optimization to drive smarter decisions across our operations. What You'll Do Build and maintain forecasting models and planning tools that sharpen demand planning, production alignment, and inventory positioning. Experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, analytics, production planning, or inventory management (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and tell the story behind the numbers. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization/reporting tools. Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning software (preferred).Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can work effectively with stakeholders across every part of the business. Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Reporting Structure This role reports directly to the Director of Planning. No direct reports. Why This Role Matters Your work won't sit in a spreadsheet — it will guide what we make, how much we make, and how efficiently we deliver it. You'll have a seat at the table with leadership and a meaningful hand in shaping how the business runs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
