About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy and performance for its electronics division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year supply chain strategy that is aligned with the company's growth priorities, customer commitments, and financial objectives. This role requires a leader with a strong background in strategic sourcing, procurement, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, and logistics. The VP will also be involved in establishing and maintaining supplier relationships, as well as leading supply chain initiatives for acquisition diligence and integration. Candidates for the Vice President, Supply Chain position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, or operations, including significant leadership experience, is typically required. Experience in a complex distribution or manufacturing environment, particularly in aerospace, defense, electronics, or other highly regulated industries, is strongly preferred. The role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in supply chain management, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead organizational change. The VP will be expected to build and develop a high-performing supply chain organization, create a culture of accountability and collaboration, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the best outcomes for the company and its customers.
