About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations with a focus on Supply Chain and Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the business plan, achieving P&L results, and leading a team to meet and exceed growth and financial objectives. This role requires a strategic partner to the CEO, working closely to translate and filter ideas into functional plans across various business areas. The VP of Operations will also be instrumental in integrating all major functions of the business, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring the team is healthy, functional, and cohesive. Key responsibilities for the VP of Operations include owning the business scorecard, proactively identifying and addressing issues, and leading the team in a manner that is in line with the company's core values. The ideal candidate will be a role model for servant leadership, demonstrating the ability to resolve issues effectively and promote a culture of continuous improvement. They should have a proven track record in project management, and be adept at enabling and validating effective communication throughout the organization. The role is pivotal in delivering exceptional results for the customer base and driving the growth of market share with existing customers.
