The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to spearhead its growth strategy, drive revenue generation, and oversee all business development functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company's overall business development strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and establishing short- and long-term growth goals. This executive role requires a hands-on, growth-focused leader who can actively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while leading a high-performing team. The VP of Business Development will also be tasked with maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring brand positioning, and working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and executive leadership to achieve aggressive growth targets. Applicants for the VP of Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with at least 10 years' of experience in business development, sales leadership, or related roles. A proven track record of generating and closing significant new business, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing teams is essential. The role requires strong executive presence, exceptional leadership, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Experience in restoration, construction, franchise, or related service industries is preferred.
