Financial Customer Service Representative

Foundever is hiring Financial Customer Service Representatives to deliver high-quality support for lending products across voice and digital channels. This role focuses on resolving loan and servicing inquiries, handling specialized requests, and capturing insights that improve the customer experience. Hours of operation are from 6am to 6pm Join a supportive community focused on engagement and recognition Hands-on paid classroom-style training, as well as ongoing job specific training Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life and vision insurance, company-matched 401K contribution, paid vacation time, EAP and wellness program Employee discounts and referral bonuses Excellent growth opportunities - 93% of our management teams is hired from within What We Are Looking For Ability to resolve lending and loan-servicing inquiries across phone, email, and messaging Ability to support servicing needs, including accounts up to 120 days past due Ability to guide customers through in-app payment steps and available options Experience with intake, documentation, and routing for specialized requests (hardship, SCRA, bankruptcy, regulatory complaints, refunds) using defined procedures Ability to identify, document, and elevate product issues and customer-impacting trends Ability to update and follow support documentation and workflows to ensure accuracy and consistency Must legally be able to work in the US Must be at least 18 yrs of age Highschool diploma or equivalent Must pass a background check Key Skills You have customer service/contact center experience; financial services, payments, or lending exposure is a plus You can communicate clearly and professionally, including in high-emotion or sensitive situations You can learn quickly and navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy You're coachable, apply feedback, and stay focused on continuous improvement You can manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment You can work a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays as needed About Foundever® Foundever® is a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry.
