ESCROW SUPPORT PROCESSOR
LOCATION
Phoenix, AZ | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
•Pay rate: $17
• Work schedule varies based on business demands. Overtime, including extended daily hours and occasional weekends, is a condition of employment and an essential function of this position.
• Must be available for overtime as directed to support production requirements, month-end processing, peak volume periods, and other operational needs.
ROLE IMPACT
The Escrow Support Processor provides centralized clerical and document processing support for residential escrow files from initiation through closing. This is a high-volume, production-focused role that works behind the scenes without direct communication with customers, agents, lenders, or branch offices. Success requires accurate, timely processing while following established escrow procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process high volumes of residential escrow documents accurately and efficiently.
• Set up, organize, document, and process escrow files from initiation through closing.
• Prioritize competing workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Follow established escrow procedures, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during month-end and other peak-volume periods.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to organize and prioritize high-volume work.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to make sound decisions in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work required overtime, including extended daily hours and occasional weekends.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• 1–2 years of escrow processing experience preferred; training is available.
• Familiarity with escrow procedures and regulations governing the residential escrow process.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing production demands and priorities.
