Assist customers with inquiries about products and services, ensuring accurate and helpful guidance. Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and tackle common challenges. Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance. Engage in ongoing training and development sessions to improve your customer service skills. Fluency in German and English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
