Production Assistant – 2nd ShiftBase Pay: $19/hr + $1.25/hr shift differential Effective Rate: $20.25/hr Schedule:Monday: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM Tuesday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:30PM RIGHT NOW OT on SaturdaysPosition Summary:We are seeking a dependable Production Assistant to support daily operations in our client's plastic blow molding facility. This role assists machine operators, ensures product quality, and helps maintain a safe and efficient production environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and operationInspect finished products for quality defectsTrim, pack, label, and palletize productsSupply materials to production linesMaintain accurate production recordsKeep work areas clean and follow safety proceduresQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail Manufacturing experience preferred but not required Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtimeWe offer competitive pay and benefits.
