Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Preschool and School Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our educational institution. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to staff, ensure compliance with educational regulations, manage budgets and resources, and foster a positive learning environment for students, families, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily school and preschool operations.
  • Supervise, support, and evaluate teachers and administrative staff.
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing, accreditation, and educational standards.
  • Develop and implement school policies and procedures.
  • Manage student enrollment, admissions, and records.
  • Coordinate curriculum implementation and educational programs.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, students, and community stakeholders.
  • Organize staff training and professional development opportunities.
  • Address parent concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Coordinate school events, meetings, and community outreach activities.
  • Ensure facilities are properly maintained and operational.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of educational regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and school management software.
