Please indicate on the bid the timeline. They must be in process SCHEDULE Coverage Type: Inpatient Schedule Type: Call Call Type: 24-Hour In House Call Dates of Need: 9/1/2026-ongoing, we are looking for 1-2 providers to help provider coverage. They may ask for clinic coverage if really needed but would like to focus on inhouse call for this position. Shift Times: looking for 12hr or 24hr shift coverage. If provider prefers 12hr shifts we are looking for both day and night coverage (7:30am-7:30pm and 7:30pm-7:30am) - 24hr inhouse call would be 7:30-7:30. Lunch N/A Provider Min # Shifts Required: 3-5 shifts per month Please ensure bids reflect the below: Guaranteed Hours per Day: 12 Hours Worked for OT to apply: 12 hours per day Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic and Call: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call, Call-Back. CREDENTIALING Current CV (must be uploaded to bid) License: Active only DEA Required: Yes Boards: BC Skills/Certs: BLS Other: ADDITIONAL DETAILS Local candidate is highly preferred. There is a sleep room onsite for the providers working especially the 24hr shifts. Please ensure the provider has case logs from the past 24 months to show adequate activity. Privileging will take around 90 days to complete. Interview preferences: The lead physician will be interviewing these candidates on a virtual teams/zoom. She will have an admin day on May 29th, June 1 (in the morning), June 3rd (in the afternoon), June 4th (all day), June 8th (afternoon), June 11th (morning), June 12th (morning). Please check with your providers to see what their availability is on these days listed to ensure we can align a time for all.
