Bilingual Scheduler (English/Spanish) - Remote | Full-Time The IMA Group is hiring Bilingual Schedulers to support upcoming training classes. If you are highly organized, comfortable managing a high volume of phone calls, and fluent in both English and Spanish, this may be a great opportunity to join a collaborative healthcare team. In this role, you will coordinate medical and psychological examination appointments while providing professional, timely support to clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams. You will manage both inbound and outbound calls, maintain accurate scheduling records, and help ensure appointments are completed efficiently. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for this position.
