Salary: $70,000/Yr-$75,000/Yr CulinArt Group operates over 250 onsite corporate, higher education, private school, healthcare and destination recreation/leisure dining facilities in 18 states, including cafés, coffee bars, concessions, executive dining, catering and conference dining, social catering/special events, office coffee service and vending. JOB SUMMARY
The Office & Conference Services Manager is responsible for overseeing daily office operations and delivering exceptional conference and event services. This role ensures a high level of organization, efficiency, and client satisfaction while managing administrative workflows, coordinating meetings and events, and leading service teams in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. Key Responsibilities Office Operations Management •Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and professionalism- Manage administrative processes, workflow coordination, and office resources
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams and external
- Plan and oversee all conference center activities and bookings
- Check conference rooms prior to client arrival to ensure readiness and
- Ensure rooms are set according to customer specifications and expectations
- Confirm Audio Visual equipment is properly set up and functioning according to
- Answer telephones and manage reservations for clients
- Track client and event details in internal databases
- Provide business center services when requested
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Respond to client requests with professionalism, urgency, and attention to
- Supervise and guide support staff, ensuring high performance and accountability
- Maintain exceptional service standards aligned with a high-profile client
- Stay informed on industry trends and share insights with staff
- Foster a proactive, service-oriented team culture
- Run end-of-day reports and ensure accurate documentation of activities
- Monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of planning experience in the hospitality or conference
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
