Job Description Estimator We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in the Willow Grove area with pay ranging from 90K-125K. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to accurately estimate project costs. As an Estimator, you will play a key role in helping our organization make informed decisions regarding pricing and project feasibility. Responsibilities:

- Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure estimates are comprehensive and competitive
- Analyze project data and historical costs to improve estimating accuracy
- Assist in developing budgets and proposals for potential projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
