Principal Product Manager - Data & AI ServicesSiemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute product strategy for Data Strategy (Data Lake, Data Catalog, Data Governance & Data Access) and AI-powered workflow automation servicesCreate and build product roadmap aligned with business objectivesWork closely with engineering teams to define technical requirementsConduct market research and competitive analysisDrive product decisions through data-driven insightsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedbackQualifications:15 years of product management experienceExperience with Data Analytics, building AI/ML products, preferably in workflow automationStrong understanding of cloud services (AWS)Strong understanding of Data storage, Data Governance, Data Semantics and access servicesExperience with enterprise software development lifecycleKnowledge of LLMs and RAG architectureExcellent communication and leadership skillsPreferred Location in US: Charlotte, NCWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
