Cancellations are without monetary penalty to Client Affiliate if less than 2 weeks' prior to the anticipated start date if the assignment is cancelled by reason of the termination of the engagement between the Client and Client's customer when there is less than 2 weeks' notice of the termination of the Client's customer engagement.HealthTrust agrees that all Travel Staff shall work the length of the assigned contract, not by the number of total hours worked. HealthTrust shall credit Client a $1250 cancellation fee (i) if Travel Staff does not complete the entire contract by weeks worked; (ii) if Travel Staff abandons the assignment after notice of cancellation but before date of cancellation; or (iii) if cancellation by Subcontractor occurs less than 2 weeks prior to start date, excluding hardship.
