Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Internal MedicineorFamily MedicinePhysician to join our Hospitalist team in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• Excellent compensation in addition to generous sign-on bonus
• Join an established Hospitalist program with a dedicated Nocturnist team
• Daytime schedule; 7 AM – 5 PM onsite and 7 AM – 7 PM phone availability
• 7 on 7 off
• Sick days allotted from day 1
• Cover a 12-bed open ICU with support from our Intensivist team
• No procedures
• Excellent benefits package including health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance withtail insurance coverage
• Nursing floor based rounding
• Hospitalists run all codes
• Provide coverage for a regional location nearby the Bloomington-Normal area
• Opportunity for research and/or academic affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering
• Modern, state-of-the-art facility; Carle BroMenn Medical Center is a 200-bed hospital that is a DNV-Certified Primary Stroke Center, Level II Trauma Center, and an Accredited Chest Pain Center
• Great consulting service support
• Unfortunately, this position does not qualify for a J1 waiver

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $345,000 - $527,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
