About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President or Associate to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions, from the initial pitch to the final close. This role involves the development and management of financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials, as well as the preparation of client presentations. The Vice President or Associate will also be involved in coordinating due diligence processes, conducting industry and company research, and supporting business development initiatives. Applicants for the Associate role should have a minimum of 3 years' of investment banking experience, with a strong financial modeling and valuation skillset. Experience in live transactions is preferred, and post-MBA candidates must have at least 1 year of investment banking experience post-MBA. The Vice President position requires 4-5 years' of investment banking experience, a demonstrated track record in transaction execution and client management, and the ability to lead deal processes and manage junior team members. Exposure to sourcing and origination is a plus for both roles. The ideal candidates will be part of a dynamic team and will be expected to contribute to the firm's high-touch M&A and capital raising services across various growth-oriented industries, including technology, healthcare, FinTech, and financial services.
