Lead AI Engineer

Overview:

ROLE: Lead AI Engineer

"LOCAL ONLY"

Key Skills Required:

3-5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields with production-grade applications
Hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications (minimum 1 year)
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA)
Expertise in Prompt Engineering and AI application development
Experience with Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Google Gemini Enterprise
Knowledge of REST APIs, WebSockets, and event-driven architectures
Experience with Jenkins, Git, Jira, and Confluence
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Codex
Experience with enterprise AI deployments and data integration for Agentic AI applications

Good to Have:

Databricks
MLOps/LLMOps
AI security, governance, and compliance
Model lifecycle management and monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy Agentic AI and multi-agent systems using LangGraph and LangChain.
Develop and optimize prompt engineering workflows across multiple LLMs.
Build scalable real-time AI services using REST APIs and WebSockets.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure high code quality.
Collaborate with platform, security, and product teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.
