Overview: ROLE: Lead AI Engineer "LOCAL ONLY" Key Skills Required:
- 3-5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields with production-grade applications
- Hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications (minimum 1 year)
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA)
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering and AI application development
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Google Gemini Enterprise
- Knowledge of REST APIs, WebSockets, and event-driven architectures
- Experience with Jenkins, Git, Jira, and Confluence
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Codex
- Experience with enterprise AI deployments and data integration for Agentic AI applications
- Databricks
- MLOps/LLMOps
- AI security, governance, and compliance
- Model lifecycle management and monitoring
- Design, build, and deploy Agentic AI and multi-agent systems using LangGraph and LangChain.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering workflows across multiple LLMs.
- Build scalable real-time AI services using REST APIs and WebSockets.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure high code quality.
- Collaborate with platform, security, and product teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.
