Our organization is looking for full-time Family Medicine or Med-Peds physicians to become part of our Primary Care Network .
The role involves delivering patient care in an outpatient environment, catering to both adults and children. Additionally, the positions will encompass the education of medical students and residents.
Applicants should be either board certified or board eligible, having completed their training in an ACGME accredited program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics.
- Primary Care facility located in Homer Glen
The Primary Care centers provide exceptional medical services, advanced technologies, and treatments in a welcoming and accessible environment within the Southwest and Western suburbs. Our center features leading primary care physicians and specialists who address various health concerns, including cardiology, diabetes management, ENT issues, and plastic and reconstructive surgery. We offer a comprehensive array of outpatient services by appointment, such as diabetes education, radiology, audiology, and hearing aid services.

- Starting salary range between $159,000 - $985,945
- Compensation based on academic rank and experience
