Responsibilities UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Group has an excellent Adult Primary Care outpatient only opportunity, in the western Chicago suburb of La Grange. Highlights:

- Adult patient panel ages 18 and up
- 1:3 Call
- Hospitalist model for inpatient care
- Clinic located in Hospital MOB
- EPIC EMR
- Occurrence based malpractice insurance coverage
- PTO and CME
- Annual Salary: $220K-280K
- Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program
- Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing
- Board Certified/Eligible, required
