Pay $34~$40 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Full-time Requirements Basic life support Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Licensed dental hygienist Current and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Florida. Current CPR/AED certification. Proficient in performing dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing. Ability to take and interpret dental radiographs. Experience or strong comfort level in working with geriatric patients. Excellent communication and patient counseling skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document patient information. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) management. A compassionate and patient-centered approach to dental care. Job Description Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing to maintain oral health. Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor oral health status. Take and develop high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays). Educate geriatric patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment plans. Document patients' medical history, treatment plans, and all care provided accurately in electronic health records (EHR). Provide preventive care, including fluoride application and periodontal maintenance. Assist the dentist chairside during various treatments as needed. Ensure patient comfort and provide exceptional customer service. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
