Senior Director of Business Intelligence

Overseeing all aspects of the Business Intelligence platform, the full-time Senior Director of Business Intelligence will manage a team of BI engineers, drive data visualization improvements, and collaborate with executive leadership to enhance strategic decision-making in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Business Intelligence department, focusing on analytical and predictive reporting Manage a team of engineers, analysts, and project managers to maximize effectiveness and meet data visualization needs across the organization Communicate and collaborate with senior leadership to assess and support data and reporting requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field is required; Master's degree is preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence/Analytics organization, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and data warehousing solutions Proven track record of achieving service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for departmental success Experience working with C-suite and board members, alongside project management expertise
