About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for US Advisory and Planning Operations. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Advisory and Planning Leadership Team, with a primary focus on supporting the Business Line Executive in all aspects of the P&L. This includes revenue generation, staff utilization, EBITDA, DSO, quality, safety, and project performance. The role involves close collaboration with the Finance and Project Delivery teams to ensure the delivery of the business line's KPIs. General operations duties for this position include partnering with the Business Line Executive on operational aspects, communicating and coordinating with local leaders, and overseeing regional operations leaders. The SVP will also be responsible for people and culture, operational excellence, and P&L duties, such as monitoring budgets, operationalizing growth strategies, and leading initiatives to improve cash flow. Applicants for the Senior Vice President role at the company should have a minimum of 17 years' of experience and a BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline.
