All underpinned by technology created with purpose.Your RoleAs a Senior Consultant in our Financial Services (Banking/Insurance) team focused on Transformation Management, you will contribute to the design and execution of strategic programs that shape the future of the financial services industry. We are looking for Management Consultants with FS transformation expertise to collaborate closely with our banking/Insurance clients and internal teams and to guide insurers in updating their business models, operations, and technology. The role requires knowledge of the relevant sector value chain, products, and transformation strategies that drive growth and efficiency. You will advise Banking or Insurance clients on strategy, operations, technology enablement, and organizational design projects.In this role you will:Support the definition and delivery of Banking or Insurance transformation roadmaps, including target operating models, process optimization, and technology modernization.Participate in diagnostic assessments across the insurance value stream — from product development, underwriting, and policy administration to claims, billing, distribution, and servicing.Translate business needs into transformation initiatives leveraging AI/GenAI topics, core platform modernization, data & analytics, and digital experience capabilities.Analyze operating models across the business, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and agility.Develop business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and change adoption plans for large-scale transformation programs.Collaborate with technology partners, systems integrators, and client teams to ensure business alignment through the full life cycle.Support go-to-market activities, proposal development, and thought leadership on emerging trends within the Banking or Insurance ecosystem partnerships, AI/ML in various operations, and cloud adoption.Qualifications & ExperienceWe would love to see candidates who have:Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Engineering ; a Master’s degree in a related field is an advantage5+ years of experience in the financial services industry (Banking or Insurance sector) of which at least recent 3+ years were spent in strategy/management consulting (either through work with a consulting firm, or in internal projects), ideally with a track record in one or several of the following fields:Operating Model RedesignBusiness transformation (lean management, re-engineering)Project ManagementFinance and/or Product ControlMust possess experience in leveraging AI/GenAI and data to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.Exposure to transformation strategy, or digital transformation projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate ideas clearly - visually and verballyA collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environmentPassion for innovation and emerging technologiesWhat You'll Love About Working HereYou’ll have the opportunity to:Build a network within the Capgemini Group and contribute to the education of other Business Units around practice offerings to support existing account expansionPlay a significant role in client proposals and RFI/RFP responses from initial brief to final sales presentationsNurture and expand existing account relationshipsIdentify potential personal business relationships that can be leveraged by the practice to develop new businessIdentify potential project extension and expansion opportunities while staffed on projectsSupport the development of thought leadership and innovative offerings as they relate to AI/Data Science, Digital Customer Analytics, and Operational Analytics.Support the upskilling of the team members on topics related to Data & AnalyticsThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $112,600 to $212,700Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
