How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Deliver direct patient care and execute physician orders according to established protocols while continuously monitoring and recording patient status.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized patient care plans to ensure clinical goals are met.

• Serve as the primary liaison across healthcare disciplines to ensure seamless, well-coordinated patient treatment.

• Assess and manage discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Recent Med-Surg or Endoscopy experience preferred.

Expected to work between the hours of 7:00am - 5:30pm. Expected to float between CSM Hospital GI Departments.
