Housing Program Manager

Position Overview We are seeking a Housing Program Manager responsible for managing OCES' Housing Programs, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated service systems. Responsibilities Act as a liaison to community agencies such as Local Housing Authorities, providers, and other community representatives to enhance communication and coordination. Ensure quality of programs in accordance with policies and procedures. Maintain program handbooks and other program materials. Monitor and approve the work of assigned Housing Program staff. Participate in contracting processes, grant applications, and budget development processes as appropriate. Plan and develop procedures to optimize program operations; implement initiatives to provide vibrant community programs. Represent the agency as directed; participate in public outreach/education activities. Submit all reports as required. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related software. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in program administration/development. Ability to plan and organize work independently. Ability to develop and promote collaboration. Working knowledge of community programs, providers, resources, and community health care programs. Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related human services field; master's degree preferred. Current Social Work License preferred. Minimum five years' experience in human services.
