HR Operations Intern

About GenScript is a global biotechnology group that was founded in 2002. It has a global presence across North America, Europe, Greater China and Asia Pacific. Its businesses include a Life Science CRO, enzyme & synthetic biology products, biologics development & manufacturing, and cell therapy. GenScript is seeking a Full‑Time HR Operations Intern to support administrative tasks such as HRIS maintenance, timecard management and new hire orientation. This role is based onsite in Piscataway, NJ and is expected to last for a duration of 6 to 12 months. The pay rate is $24 per hour. Key Responsibilities Support HR operational matters such as employees’ on‑boarding and off‑boarding process Responsible for HR daily operational work including UKG system management, timecards correction Provide support on proper documentations including employees’ e‑files and drafting of employment related letters.
