KEY LEADERSHIP MANDATES

• High-Value Project Oversight: Lead the execution of a $40M+ annual project portfolio, ensuring complex hardscape and softscape builds are delivered on time and above margin.

• GC & Developer Synergy: Serve as the primary executive liaison to Tier-1 General Contractors, managing high-level negotiations and securing preferred partner status.

• Pre-Construction & Estimating: Direct the estimating department to ensure bid accuracy, scope clarity, and strategic value engineering that wins work without sacrificing profitability.

• Operational Profitability: Drive project-level EBITDA through rigorous cost-to-complete tracking, labor productivity analysis, and proactive change-order management.

• Resource Orchestration: Optimize the deployment of large labor crews, specialized sub-contractors, and heavy equipment across multiple high-priority jobsites.

• Risk Mitigation: Enforce world-class safety protocols and quality control standards to minimize liability and warranty exposure on complex builds.

• Supply Chain Command: Oversee the procurement of large-scale specimen plantings and specialty materials, managing long-lead times to align with aggressive construction schedules.
